After spending 20+ years in Corporate America in marketing and sales roles, Ethan Chazin had a life-changing vision to apply his passion for helping others with his branding, marketing, and communications expertise. He formed his motivational speaking, executive coaching, management consulting and corporate training and professional development firm and authored the book: “Bulletproof Your Career in These Turbulent Times.”
As the Founder and President of The Chazin Group LLC , He gives motivational talks on confrontational and transformational topics, delivers training and professional development programs, provides one-on-one and group-based executive coaching, strategic advisory consulting, and HR consulting services.
He applies his experience leading teams through significant transformation across many industries by leveraging employees for competitive success. He does this by applying his expertise in organizational behavior, strategic planning, marketing, sales, new business development, client relationship building, communications, employee enrichment, strategic planning. He has served nearly all of the Fortune 500 as clients.
As an executive recruiter and career coach, Ethan has helped 12,000 job seekers find employment. He has taught courses on business, organizational behavior, leadership, entrepreneurship, marketing, branding, social media, internet marketing, and business communications as a visiting guest faculty instructor at NYU Polytechnic, Stevens Institute of Technology, St. Peter’s University, Fordham University, Baruch College, Hunter College, and St. John’s University. Further, he has conducted career exploration/work readiness talks on the 21st Century Workplace at 50 colleges and universities.
Ethan coaches organizations to successfully transform them using talent management and people-focused strategies, by teaching organizations to apply WHY and WHAT IF as their culture. Some of the organizations he has worked with include: Johnson & Johnson, PNC Bank, Calvin Klein, Goldman Sachs, Chambers of Commerce, Rutgers University, State University of New York, Small Business Development Centers, and the NYC Small Business Services. Ethan has conducted professional development and corporate training programs at many trade associations including: American Business Women’s Association, New Jersey Society of CPAs, Society of Human Resource Management, National Association of Women Business Owners, the Association of Accounting Administrators and New York Society of Security Analysts and speaks frequently to groups of professionals, entrepreneurs, start-ups and business owners.
Ethan is a Marion Ewing Kauffman Foundation FastTrak certified coach, and conducts corporate training programs as a retained expert for Rutgers University and Baruch College, and has conducted employee outplacement programs with the Ayers Group. He has spoken at the New Jersey Society of CPAs’ annual conference and the New York/New Jersey Franchise Expo.
He has been active in the Hoboken Rotary Club, Hoboken and Hudson County Chambers of Commerce, the American Marketing Association, American Management Association and the Business Marketing Association. Ethan helped found the Gold Coast Business Networking International chapter, and served on the Board of the Association of Career Professionals of New York.
He also conducted a weekly radio program “Chazin the Dream,” that has been published in many business publications, appeared on television and he has participated in panels discussing today’s workplace. Ethan is constantly exploring industries that are experiencing job growth, constantly provide career expertise and professional development as well as insights into the skills required to succeed in today’s transformational times.
Ethan received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from California State University East Bay and an MBA in Marketing from George Washington University.
